What type of shirts do you use?
Your typical 100% cotton t-shirts (except for heather colors, which contain 10% polyester). Most shirts are slim fit for a modern contoured fit so they will run small. Others are semi fitted for more a little more room. Please check the size chart which is displayed in each listing to ensure you purchase your size preference.
When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Mail. (but fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times may be longer than normal). You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.
Do you ship internationally?
Normally yes but not at this time due to delays with customs and the impact of COVID. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope the reopen International ordering once the shipping providers work out their issues. (7/22/2020)
Under regular circumstances, international orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Because of the unique process in which products are specially produced to order, once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited.
