Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after the shipped date for US orders and 60 days after the shipped date for international orders of receiving your item to request an exchange as per the terms below. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns for refunds.

Damages and issues

All T-Shirts go through a quality control check before being sent to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • defective
  • damaged
  •  the wrong item
  • damaged in transit

 

    We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right. We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error or printing issues.

    You can only exchange unworn and unwashed items as worn and/or washed items are unacceptable. If the T-Shirt has a manufacturing defect i.e ripped or torn when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.

    To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@chiclyspoken.com. Also include your order number. If your exchange is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
